About Us
In 1968, the Kelley School of Business established its first educational partnership with a firm, developing a custom program to meet the company's strategic business objectives. Since that time, Kelley Executive Partners has become a leader in executive education and our custom product line has grown extensively in scope and variety. The value of our programs is measured not only inside the classroom in terms of innovative learning environments, but also outside the classroom, resulting in improved organizational performance and breakthrough thinking.
Choose the one that best fits your needs:
Custom Programs
Our custom programs are built to meet the specific needs of our clients. These are unique programs that are developed, designed, and delivered in a way that best suits your needs. We can also determine results by tracking mutually agreed upon performance matrices before and after program completion. We can create custom programs for virtually any business challenge, but here are some examples of current program areas: leadership development, sales and marketing, corporate innovation, supply chain logistics, finance, data analysis and modeling, corporate governance, and strategy.
Kelley Business Education Network (KBEN)
KBEN is a unique partnership of companies working with the Kelley School of Business to design, deliver and manage executive education programs for your middle and upper-level managers. These programs are currently offered in the following metro areas: Chicago, Cincinnati, Evansville, and Indianapolis. The network provides local, two-day programs that bring together real-world experience, academic thinking, and solution-focused content. Participants from a group of companies select and schedule programs based on current organizational needs. KBEN offers a comprehensive curriculum of functional business courses including management, leadership, finance, operations, and information management.
Consortia
The consortium programs bring together an alliance of companies pursuing common educational objectives. These multi-day programs are offered in Bloomington at our William J. Godfrey Graduate & Executive Education Center. Current offerings include the Kelley Service Program and the Kelley Partnership for Leadership Development.
All programs are lead by faculty who are leaders in their field. Kelley School of Business faculty are also recognized as extraordinary teachers.
Distance Learning
Kelley Executive Partners was the impetus behind the creation of the Kelley Direct online M.B.A. program in 1999. We wanted to create a way for managers to obtain an M.B.A. from the Kelley School, while offering them the flexibility they needed to maintain current job responsibilities. Today, Kelley Direct academic offerings include certificates, custom M.B.A. programs, and an online M.B.A.
Through Kelley Executive Partners, Kelley Direct provides the flexible options you're looking for to build a complete executive education program. To learn more about these programs, see the Kelley Direct web site.
Faculty
Kelley School's faculty is ranked No. 1 for teaching quality by Princeton Review, and our M.B.A. instructors are also ranked No. 1 by Business Week. Past participants of our programs give our faculty high marks for their innovative teaching methods.
Facilities
While we offer many programs at the location of the company's choice, we also have two well-equipped facilities for on-site programs, including our consortia and distance learning options. These facilities are the William J. Godfrey Graduate & Executive Education Center in Bloomington and the University Place Conference Center & Hotel in Indianapolis.
