Consortia
The consortium programs meet your organizational development objectives while facilitating frank discussion of current business issues in a competitively safe environment. These are programs offered in Bloomington at our state-of-the-art William J. Godfrey Graduate & Executive Education Center. We currently offer two consortium programs:
Decreasing regulation. Escalating competition. Eroding revenue streams. Static markets.
In response, service firms are decentralizing along customer segments and looking for new business opportunities. This fast-paced, action-oriented program will allow you to acquire the skills and capabilities to anticipate, manage, and most importantly, effectively lead change within your organization.
“Leading from the Middle“ is the core educational program of our Kelley Partnership for Leadership Development Consortium. It is designed to meet the emerging developmental needs of high potential men and women who have recently assumed or are about to assume wider business responsibilities. "Leading from the Middle" is a unique program that employs a leadership competency assessment prior to the development and delivery of the program.
